Ordering
- How many days notice do I need to gie for a custom order?
It is helpful to give a minimum of 48 hours notice for custom orders.
- What is the smallest order I can make?
The minimum order is 1/2 dozen cupcakes.
- How much advanced notice to place an order?
You need to place your order before 5PM Toronto Canada time to have it delievered the following day.
- How do I pay for my order?
Once we recieve your order we check it for errors or omissions and then send you an invoice via Paypal. You can the click on the link provided and pay using paypal or most major credit cards. We can also accept cheques or interac e transfers (Canada only).
- What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa MasterCard AmericanExpress and other major cards. We also accept Debit cards.
- When do I have to pay?
Payment is due when you recieve your invoice via email.
Delivery
- What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees vary based on your location and range from $15 - $35 CAD. Free delivery is available for large orders.
- What are your delivery times?
Our earliest delivery window is 8am to noon. Our latest delivery window is noon to 6pm, 7 days a week. If you need something outside of this delivery schedule please call or email us and we will try to accommodate.
- Can I pick up instead of delivery?
Yes! Just select pickup when ordering.
- What if no one is home when you deliver?
When you order you will be asked to provide a contact name and number at the delivery location. It is your responsibility to make sure someone will be at the delivery location during the delivery time. We do our best to leave the delivery with someone or indoors. On occasion we may leave your delivery at the door.
- How do I store my cupcakes?
If you are planning on eating them within a day you can store them at room temperature. If you are not going to eat them right away you can freeze them. To thaw them, take them out of the freezer and cover them lightly with plastic wrap while they thaw. This will minimize condensation forming on the cupcakes. They should be ready to eat in about an hour. You should not refrigerate your cupcakes overnight because they will dry out.

Do you have gluten free cupcakes?
Yes, by special order. Please contact us. There is a minimum order of a dozen.
- Do you use pererveatives?
No. Our cupcakes are baked daily with the finest ingredients from mostly local suppliers. Flour Milk Eggs Sugar Butter are all sourced locally and contain no additives. Our vanilla beans and extracts are from Madagascar or Tahiti. Our cream cheese icings are made as used. Our cream cheese and other dairy are sourced from Ontario and Quebec. Our chocolates used in making our cupcakes are the finest in the world and come from Belgium, France and Switzerland
- Toronto Cupcake Allergen Alert!!
Toronto Cupcake is NOT a nut-free kitchen. Several of our flavours use peanuts or other nut products. We recommend that customers with severe allergies err on the side of caution and not eat our cupcakes. Please be aware that our cupcakes may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, or peanuts
